Total Drama Girls Island
A Selfie with My Bestie
Written by TDGirlsFanForever

(One morning Carrie decided to look over all of the selfies she took when she traveled the world completely barefoot all on her own.  She smiled as she looked through each one.  Just then her best friend Kitty came into the bedroom.)

Kitty: Hey Carrie!  What are you doing in here by yourself?

Carrie: I'm just looking at all the selfies I took during my worldwide trip.

Kitty: Ooh, I remember that.  Can I have a look?

Carrie: Sure!

(Kitty joins Carrie on the bed)

Kitty: (While she holds up a selfie of her with Peter and 3 trains with faces) Wow, you look great in all of these.

Carrie: (Blushes) Thank you!

Kitty: (Holding up the New York selfie) You really captured New York's bright city lights at night.  (She then holds up the Paris selfie) And it was very nice of you to pay your respect to those that were lost after that terror attack.

Carrie: No one deserves that.  Our world should be free from all kinds of terror.  Too bad I never saw a ladybug or a cat.

Kitty: Maybe you might if you return.  (She holds up the Hollywood selfie) I still can't believe you got a part in a movie; and a very successful one too.

Carrie: (Giggles) Me neither!  Maybe I'll go into the movie business someday.

Kitty: (As she holds up the Tokyo selfie) I wish we all went to Tokyo during the race.  (She then holds up the Belgium selfie) And you were very excited to be in that chocolate shop.  (Carrie giggles as Kitty holds up two Italy selfies) Italy really is a beautiful country.  We all should have gone there too.  And it's really cool that you got to meet Linda while you were there. She truly is an awesome girl; especially when she came here for her birthday.

Carrie: Too bad I missed my chance to see her again.

Kitty: (As she held up the Alaska selfie) And what a beautiful way to end your trip; seeing The Northern Lights in Alaska.  I wish I was there with you.

Carrie: Me too!  (She then got an idea) Hey Kitty, how about you and I go out and take a bunch of selfies of us together around the island?

Kitty: (Excited) Oh yes!

Carrie: Great!

(She put her selfies away before she and Kitty left the lodge)

Kitty: (As she calls out to Emma close by) Emma, I'm going out with Carrie for the day.

Emma: OK!  Thanks for telling me.

(The two girls first ran off towards the forest; where they found lots of animals running around)

Kitty: Awe, look how cute they all are.

Carrie: Quick, let's take the picture before they all leave.  And just like in my selfies, be sure our feet are in the shot.

Kitty: Got it!

(She set the timer on her phone and set it down on a boulder before they made their poses.  The phone clicked as it took the photo.)

Carrie: That's a keeper.

Kitty: Let's go to the snowy mountain next.

Carrie: Cool!  No pun intended!  (She winks)

Kitty: (Chuckles) Maybe we could make snow angels for our next selfie.

Carrie: Perfect!

(They ran towards the snowy mountain.  Once they got there, they laid on their backs and began to make snow angels.  The Vegans were nearby and they took the picture for them.)

Kitty: Thanks!

Laurie: Don't mention it.  You should go the the jungle ruins next.

Miles: You can get some really cool images while sitting on the temple steps.

Carrie: Great idea!

(The two besties made their way to the temple ruins in the jungle.  Kitty set her phone on another boulder and set the timer before she and Carrie climbed the temples walls.  They looked and smiled at the camera as it took the shot.  They then climbed down.  But before they could get the phone back, a monkey came out of nowhere and took it first.)

Kitty: (Annoyed) Hey, give me back my phone.

Carrie: Follow that monkey!

(They chased after the monkey through the jungle.  They had to climb trees and swing on vines in order to keep up with it.  While they chased it, the monkey took pictures of them swinging on the vines; which actually impressed them.  Once they reached the river, the monkey was able to jump across successfully, but Carrie and Kitty ended up jumping into the river.  They began to laugh as they splashed each other while the monkey took more pictures of the two friends.  Soon the monkey threw the phone back at Kitty before it left.)

Kitty: Thanks!

Carrie: That monkey took some really good photos.

Kitty: I'm actually really jealous of it.

Carrie: At least you got your phone back in good condition.  (She thinks for a second) Kitty, do you want to race me back to the beach?

Kitty: Yes!

(The two girls swam and raced each other down the river.  When they reached the shore, Kitty won the race.)

Carrie: Congratulations!

Kitty: Thanks!  How about we go to the beach for our next selfie?

Carrie: Sounds like a plan to me.

(They walked over to the beach and started building a sandcastle.  Once they were done, they took a picture of each other sitting by their castle.  Later they asked Sanders if she could take a few pictures of them running side-by-side as the ocean waves crashed over their feet; which she agreed.  Later as the sun set, Crimson took a picture of the two besties snuggling up to each other as they sat on the edge of the dock, looked at each other, and dipped their toes in the water.  She gave Kitty back her phone before she swam back to the shore.)

Kitty: (Sighed) I've taken so many selfies in my life.  But the ones I took with you today are by far my absolute favorites.

Carrie: Awe, thank you Kitty.  Even though most of them weren't taken like regular selfies.

Kitty: I don't care, as long as we are in the photos; and look great in them.

(Just then they saw Jen leaving the lodge with a sleeping bag.  So they left the dock to find out why.)

Carrie: Hello Jen, what are you doing?

Jen: We all decided to camp out tonight.  Do you want to join us?  You two are the only ones left.

Kitty: Actually, Carrie and I have something else we were planning on doing.  (She whispers to Carrie) We should have a sleepover since the lodge will be all to ourselves.

Carrie: Uh, yeah, we have something else to do.

Jen: OK, but you two are missing out.  (She leaves)

Carrie/Kitty: We don't think so.

(They ran inside and changed into their PJ's.  Kitty booted up the video game machine while Carrie made some popcorn.)

Kitty: I had so much fun with you today.  But then again you are awesome to hang out with.

Carrie: (Touched) Awe, thanks Kitty!  I think you are awesome to hang out with too.  I enjoy hanging out with you more than my own sister.

Kitty: (Stunned) Really?

Carrie: Yeah!  My sister never wanted to do anything with me.  All she wanted to do was make fun of me and dare me to do a lot of humiliating things; and I don't need to mention what she dared me to eat.

Kitty: I would never humiliate you.

Carrie: I know!  To tell you the truth, I actually wish that you were my sister.

Kitty: (Touched) Awe Carrie, I also wish that you were my sister.  In fact, sometimes, I think of how it would feel to fall in love with another girl; even though I prefer cute guys.  But if I did, I want her to be just as amazing as you; maybe even you if you wren't with Devin.

Carrie: (As she gives Kitty a hug) Thanks!  But I'm fine with us being best friends.

Kitty: (As she hugs back) That's alright!

(They continue to hug as some selfies appear on-screen; the first one shows them playing video games, the second shows them throwing popcorn at each other, the third showing them having a tickle fight, and the last one shows them sleeping together on the couch.  Even in her sleep, Kitty can still take a great selfie.)
Shortly after her soleful journey around the world, Carrie decides to do it again with the many locations from Total Drama Girls Island; and this time, she's bringing Kitty along with her.
